ለብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ መርቆሬዎስ የአስከሬን ሽኝት ሥነ ሥርዓት በመስቀል አደባባይ ተካሄደ።

የቅዱስነታቸው አስከሬን ከሃሌ ሉያ ሆስፒታል በክብር ታጅቦ መስቀል አደባባይ ከደረሰ በኋላ የሽኝት ሥነ ሥርዓት ተካሂዷል።

ብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ ማትያስ ቀዳማዊ ፓትርያርክ ርእሰ ሊቃነ ጳጳሳት ዘኢትዮጵያ ሊቀጳጳስ ዘአክሱም ወእጨጌ ዘመንበረ ተክለ ሃይማኖት መርሐ ግብሩን በጸሎት አስጀምረዋል።

ብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ መርቆሬዎስ 9 ዓመት በጵጵስና፤ 34 ዓመት ደግሞ በፓትርያርክነት እንዳገለገሉ ተጠቅሷል።

የኢትዮጵያ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስተር ዶ/ር ዐቢይ አሕመድ በመርሐ ግብሩ ላይ ተገኝተው የአበባ ጉንጉን ያስቀመጡ ሲሆን ኃዘናቸውንም በክብር የኃዘን መዝገብ ላይ ጽፈዋል።

ዶ/ር ዐቢይ አሕመድ ባደረጉት ንግግር ብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ መርቆሬዎስ ወደ አገለገሉትና ወደሚወዱት አባታቸው ሄደዋል ብለዋል።

ቅዱስነታቸው በእንባ፣በጸሎትና በምክር ያግዙኝ ነበር ሲሉም ጠቅላይ ሚኒስተሩ ተናግረዋል።

በብዙዎች ዘንድ ቅዱስነታቸው አይናገሩም ቢባልም በአስፈላጊና በወሳኝ ወቅት መልካምና ድንቅ ንግግር እንደሚናገሩ ዶ/ር ዐቢይ አሕመድ ገልጸዋል።

የአዲስ አበባ ከንቲባ ወ/ሮ አዳነች አቤቤም በክብር መዝገብ ላይ ኅዘናቸውን አስፍረዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ እስልምና ጠ/ም/ቤት ፕ/ት ተቀዳሚ ሙፍቲ ሀጂ ኡመር እድሪስ “እንኳን ቅዱስ አባታችሁን ለመሸት አበቃችሁ” በማለት ተናግረዋል።

አስገራሚ አሸኛኘት ነው፤ የሰውን ልጅ የሚያስወድደው ሥራው ነው ብለዋል። ቅዱስነታቸው ሁሉንም አክባሪና የይቅርታ አባት እንደሆኑ አያይዘው ጠቅሰዋል።

ሁላችንም ለሰላም እንቁም መገዳደሉ ይብቃ በማለት ተቀዳሚ ሙፍቲ ሀጂ ኡመር እድሪስ መልእክት አስተላልፈዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ካቶሊካዊት ቤ/ክ ሊቀ ጳጳስ ብፁዕ ካርዲናል ብርሃነ ኢየሱስ ሱራፌል “አባት ሲያርፍ ያሳዝናል ምክንያቱም አባት ጥላና ከለላ ነው” ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ወንጌላዊት መካነ ኢየሱስ ቤ/ክ ቄስ ዮሐንስ ይገዙ ቅዱስነታቸው የይቅርታ ተምሳሌት ናቸው ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

ከቅዱስነታቸው ፍቅርን፣ ትህትናን፣ ትዕግስትን ልንማር ያስፈልጋል በማለት መክረዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ወንጌላዊት ቤተክርስቲያን ኅብረት ፕሬዝዳንት ፓስተር ጻድቁ ቅዱስነታቸው የሰላም ተምሳሌት መሆናቸውን ጠቅሰዋል።

አያይዘውም በአሁን ሰዓት በኢትዮጵያ በከንቱ የሚፈሰውን ደም በመጸየፍ ከጥፋት መንገድም ልንመለስ ይገባል ብለዋል።

በመጨረሻም ብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ ማትያስ ፓትርያርክ ቃለ ምዕዳን የሰጡ ሲሆን ይህች ዓለም የፈተና ዓለም መሆኗን ጠቅሰው ብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ መርቆሬዎስ የዚህችን ዓለምን ፈተና በእግዚአብሔር ኃይል ታግሰው የሚጠበቅባቸውን አገልግሎት አገልግለው ከኃላፊው ዓለም ወደ ማያልፈው ዓለም ሄደዋል ሲሉ አውስተዋል።

ሁሉም ሰው ጥላቻን፣ መገዳደልንና ክፋትን በማስወገድ ለሰላም እንዲቆም ቅዱስነታቸው በአጽንኦት ገልጸዋል።

በመርሐ ግብረ ላይ ብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ ማትያስ ፓትርያርክ ርእሰ ሊቃነ ጳጳሳት ዘኢትዮጵያ ሊቀ ጳጳስ ዘአክሱም ወእጨጌ ዘመንበረ ተክለ ሃይማኖት፣ የኢትዮጵያ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስተር ዶ/ር ዐቢይ አሕመድ፣ ብፁዓን ሊቃነ ጳጳሳት፣ ከውጭ ሀገራት የመጡ የአኃት አብያተ ክርስቲያናት ተወካዮች፣ የሃይማኖት ተቋማት መሪዎች፣ ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት ባለ ሥልጣናት ተገኝተዋል።

በአሁን ሰዓት የቅዱስነታቸው አስከሬን በክብር ታጅቦ ወደ መንበረ ፓትርያርክ ቅድስተ ቅዱሳን ማርያም ገዳም እያመራ ይገኛል።
